Depends how much he is doing. A 5k is probably good for his nut. But if he’s doing 10 miles that can’t be good. Edit: came back from 10-6 down to lead 12-11 and lost 13-12. Surprised Murphy doesn't get as much press over here. He lives in ireland the past few years? His wife is Irish, 3 of his grandparents are Irish. He says he always felt more Irish than English.
We should be claiming him and celebrating a potential new Irish champion
