Watching the Jolly Boys Outing. Albert asks why they had to leave before breakfast and Jeavon says it's because the traffic will be mental because the railways are on strike yet that evening when they rock up to the train station they seem surprised there's a rail strike Confused
Eamonn Dunphy:"I'll tell you who wrote it, Rod Liddle, he's the guy who ran away and left his wife for a young one".

Bill O'Herlihy: Ah ye can't be saying that now Eamonn

Del says "There's only a bloody rail strike"  comes across as he's only discovering it there and then
Eamonn Dunphy:"I'll tell you who wrote it, Rod Liddle, he's the guy who ran away and left his wife for a young one".

Watched Friday the 14th just there. What a cracker.

Rodney – No, of course not. Oh, he’s most probably half-way to London by now.

Del – Yeah, of course he is. He’s most probably looking for an empty place up there.

Grandad – Hope he don’t find our flat! LOL

Jim Broadbent is only 71. He was only in his 30s in Only Fools and Horses. He looked much older. I remember in 'To Hull and Back' his character was supposed to be doing early retirement.

My favourite Boycie line

"I might be able to con people into buying my cars. I might be able to convince them you conceived and gave birth in 7 days flat. But how the hell am I going to persuade them my granddad was Louis Armstrong."
