I have watched three of the four playoff semi-final first legs played so far, I didn't see Bradford, and all have been incredibly cagey affairs. As someone who has long advocated the scrapping of the away-goals rule the playoffs make me wonder about it. Of course the second legs are often entertaining, the second leg of the Millwall semi was much better, but the first leg seems to be solely about keeping the tie alive.

League 2 puts an end to that theory with 11 goals between the two first legs.

Woeful effort from that Fulham striker.

Pretty tense atmosphere and will be a long 20 minutes for Reading to hold out

Fulham manager is ripping understandably as his team lost but just seen the replay there, that was a blatant handball. He completely motioned his arm forward to control that ball.

Reading have a very un-wanted record when it comes to playoff finals, never won one!

Feel for Fulham, they've progressed on so much from surviving on the final day last season, wouldn't be surprised to see Ryan Sessessgnon at a top 6 EPL club, he's been carrying the team at times and he's only 16 ffs.

Just back from the game, no matter what happens this season Stam has done an amazing job this season.
Thought it was mad that nobody really gave Reading a chance of getting past Fulham but I thought they deserved to shade it over the two games. Great to see Liam Kelly get on and still not look out of place.
Comedy moment of the night was seeing one of the top guys from the company I work for invading the pitch at the end of the game !

Just heard that a change in club ownership was sneaked out before the game ended - Way to bury a bit of news !
