Its one of the holy trinity with

- Socrates played for UCD
- (random bogballer) went on trial to (random English side) and (random player or manager at that side) said he was the fittest man he ever saw and put it in their book, but no-one can find the quote.

That one is true. Paul Merson said in his book that Graham Geraghty (Meath) had a trial with Arsenal and he was the fittest player he'd ever seen.

Ah yes, but Merse was probably bent over himself in the corner, hanging like a dog at the time, retching out his spleen.

The first time the Devil made me do it. The second time I did it on my own.

The Swiss were the first to play them after BOTH wars.
Green is the colour of the flag of House of Saxony.

Same as azzuri is the colour of the House of Savoy, there's no blue in the Italian flag.
Likewise there is no orange in the Dutch flag its the colour of the House of Orange strangely enough.
