Was fast moving but weak enough in places. Will give season 2 a try.

Oh! To be able to watch Homeland for the first time again.

If you’ve not watched Jack Ryan it’s a similar enough job to Homeland, I actually prefer it. There’s 3 seasons available on Prime

Thanks for the suggestion. Have seen it and season 2 and 3 were dreadful. Poor characters, nothing clever or believable about the plots or character development. Homeland felt in time and realistic, particular on later seasons.

Have started watching more foreign language TV shows so as to get a better sense of realism. Fauda for example. All the American made stuff is dumbed down James Bond wannabee rubbish. Made for people with no attention span.

If you ilked Fauda, give Tehran a go. Again, it's pro-Israeli but a good watch.

It was mentioned on here before but Kalifat is another superb non-English series.

Great show, at the start of the episodes the interviews with the actual veterans when some of them get upset puts a lump in the throat.

Might change my name to Hank Scorpio, if that’s what you mean by the reference?

Blue Lights was excellent, it was an original twist having greenhorn rookie cops without much of a clue about what they are doing as main characters. There is another series of it coming.

James Nesbitt? Very good series. Think there's a 2nd season too. Baptiste is the spin-off of it which is very good too.
