LOL True. There's no way that cop in real life was that angry

On Season 2 Episode 19 of Kingdom last night. Best episode yet

That cop died in real life pretty soon after the murders in an unexplained accident.

Was going to start that but won't bother now. Stephen Graham is usually excellent.

I saw the advertising for it and was worried it was another Derry Girls, but I do love Brendan Gleeson. Clap

Haven't seen it but it's getting terrible reviews. Still, don't think one episode in is the time to be casting full judgement on any tv show.

Up there with the worst pieces of TV I've ever watched. It's not remotely funny, utterly charmless and the characters are not at all relatable and entirely unlikable. If it wasnt actually written by Irish people youd call it a racist trope. I hope everyone involved in it gets a dose of the sh*tes. Utterly, utterly awful.

That review reminds me of how I felt about 'London Irish', which was also written by Irish people for Channel 4!

Well said AM.  I wouldnt mind but the two Gleeson lads are good actors.  You would wonder how some of this stuff gets made.  Are people afraid to call it out as they are getting paid
