Definitely not Since January anyway Their main rivals for 2nd will drop plenty of points Would have doubts whether Leicester will get top 4 at all

I never have any fear when Sterling has the ball, different story with Mahrez and Foden.

I could see Pep do something mad like leave de Bruyne on the bench in a big CL tie this season
Performances have been better of late when he’s not been in the team, and Pep loves a crazy team selection in a CL knockout tie

I can only imagine how frustrating it is as a manager to see sterling miss those chances....and watch some of the way he plays.teams have Sussed him out to a great extent in that he’s all right foot and if you have a right full with pace sterling can go missing.his greatest asset is that he can arrive centrally in the box and get on crosses but he does miss some sitters. A sluggish/leggy performance from city today on a day when utd fully deserved their win.some poor performances from city players with rodri anonymous and cancelo brutal.hopefully city can dust themselves down after today, with games nearly every 3/4 days over the last 2 mths and weeks to come the international break can’t come soon enough for some of these city players.

Yeah Cancelo had his worst game of the season today
My opinion on Sterling hasn’t changed over the past few seasons, he’s the same player really He’ll have plenty of good games and some woeful ones. Will score and assist plenty and miss plenty of sitters. He’s just that sort of player. Inconsistent but i’d still have him on the team. Just not against United maybe

Hummmm ......sterlings coming into his peak years and hopefully that’ll bring some consistency.I just don’t think it’s good enough from him to miss a few, score a few and assist a few...if he wants to move to the next level he needs to stick those chances away be it if he’s playing well or not.it’s just not good enough from him to be consistently missing chances like today over and over and over he needs to improve.

Maybe a bit harsh on him saying he’ll score a few assist a few and miss a few
His numbers the past few seasons are brilliant This season so far (all comps) 13 goals 10 assists 2019/20 - 31 goals 10 assists 2018/19 - 25 goals 18 assists 2017/18 - 23 goals 17 assists That’s why he’s important to the team

Considering no Aguero, De Bruyne and Sterling not having as good a season as usual, it's remarkable how good City's results have been. Diaz should be player of the season he's had a bigger impact then Van Dyke

The strange thing is that City are so far ahead of the field this season, but are in dire need of a striker. Imagine how much a proper number 9 would improve them further.
I'd be surprised if Aguero ever gets back anywhere near to the level he was at. Not sure if he'll even get a new contract. Jesus I've defended on here before but he's nothing more than a decent backup striker. Should go all out to get Haaland |

Cancelo nearly gave a goal away just after the penalty, thought he was Georgi Kinkladze in his own box and lost the ball were Shaw could have scored from
