Call it the Mick factor, but I'm enjoying the lack of uncertainty when it comes to the prospect of Doherty starting against Gibraltar and being a fixture during the campaign.

There's more chance of Mick getting a nosejob in Mexico than overlooking this lad.

Totally different playing RM and RWB. Like Coleman, I'd imagine Doherty is better at attacking from deep. He isn't exactly a flair player but makes very intelligent runs off the ball. He thrives at Wolves because of the other attacking options in midfield also making those runs creating space for each other. I'm not so sure he would get that with us for obvious reasons... Hopefully he can be accommodated as you can see the damage he can do the last couple of seasons. You'd worry about him defensively so Coleman is a shoe in for RB unless Mick decides to experiment with a 3-5-2.
