Sale hasn't gone through, Cellino has to pass fit proper person test before it can go through there GFH still owners and Cellino has no authority to sack him. It is in effect a wrongful dismissal and/or is void. Gibbs in temporar charge as Cellino has no authority to appoint a new manager |
