Very sad indeed. I'm a huge Morricone fan.

His music for the scenes in "A Fistful of Dynamite" where Mallory has flashbacks to his time in Ireland remains absolutely beautiful and haunting.

And they will see no contradiction at all.

It's funny how it is now being widely reported that The Sun have taken down previous articles about Caroline Flack, but it wasn't widely reported, or reported at all, that The Sun's political editor deleted his own splash story which relied on far right anti-Semitic propaganda to smear Labour before the election.

Be interesting actually to see what the reaction would be if the showbiz editor of the Sun or the Daily Mail took their own life over this. There would have to be another 180 in public reaction. "Why, oh why did we vilify the Sun over Caroline Flack's suicide! They were just doing their job! Now look what we've done!"

Ah, modern media. The f**king insanity of it all.
I was watching C4 News the other night and there was a report about some inquest or other regarding this woman's death

Flack's mother explicitly blamed the prosecutor for her daughter's suicide

Yet the prosecutor was doing her job correctly

Hopefully the prosecutor doesn't take her own life now given her unfair public vilification

This whole thing really is a parable for our times

Chadwick Boseman, Black Panther star, dies aged 43
https://www.rte.ie/entertainment/2020/0829/1161998-chadwick-boseman-black-panther-star-dies-aged-43/

That’s a surprise as he’s so young. To be making those massive Marvel movies and going through chemotherapy at the same time.
