Lovely play by Coleman in the build-up to Doucoure's goal.

Took quite a bad twist to his knee while winning that penalty and it looked a bit worrying but he continued and seemed to be ok which is good news.

I watched the game. He was good. Still our best player. And by a mile

Coleman is critical to the team, someone wrap that guy in cotton wool.

Not in the squad for the Villa game.

2 minutes for Idah the sum total of Irish involvement today.

He's out of the Villa game due to a hamstring injury.

Looks like Seamus may well be out for the upcoming international. Rafa's quotes hereunder (via the Beeb).

Bit of a blow tbh, Doherty I guess at RWB (Christie the only other realistic option), so who plays LWB - Mc Clean, Stevens, Manning - Tough one.

"The others (Richarlison, Seamus Coleman and Dominic Calvert-Lewin) are getting better but remain out. No chance - they will not be available to play international football [in the next international break]."

Stevens LWB, Doherty RWB.

Stevens was first choice LB/LWB for Kenny until his injury end last season sure.

Probably the best option, he's been out for quite a while though. He could plump for Mc Clean, cant see him suddenly starting Manning in a must win.

Yep. I didn't celebrate that one so much. Bad touch on the halfway line, most of the time you would be OK. But the Liverpool front 3 and you can get in trouble very quickly.

Exactly, would have been a better option to just Row Z it. In saying that it was a brutal ball back but even so, he should be well aware of what could happen very quickly.

I thought he was pretty good before that tbh.
