A nice little payday awaits on the MLS or in Australia I'd imagine.

Cant see him coming back to the LOI yet, still has plenty to offer even at the lower end of the Championship. Maybe one of the teams that wins the League One playoff will pick him up for the experience (Wigan or Blackburn wont). Even a drop down to League One would still be a decent pay day.

I assume he's married to an English girl? Would love him back at Shels but if he got another few years in England or America, that's where he'll see out his days I'd say!

Even if he came back as a 40 year old, he'd probably still be one of the best in the league.

Exactly. No signs that Hoolahan has massively gone downhill with age; even this season he did alright considering he was being played as a winger. Barring injury, I reckon he has 4-5 years left in him yet.

MLS would suit him or another Championship club. Still money to be made for another year at least

Couldn't see him going near LOI. For a player who by his own admission, struggles with two 90 minute games a week, I'm not sure the current Friday-Monday-Friday schedule would help prolong his career, nor the physical nature of the league either. Ya would think he would be a great addition to the MLS.

Picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue.....
