Why would it matter if it's freezing out? I still wouldn't fancy drinking in a sauna!!

Yes Scruffs has been good to us and remember we have been very good to them also as their bar taking would have increased by approx €1500 per game .

Can you imagine what the dude who runs the Gasworks would do to get us back , as he charged us full whack and in plastic glasses that were not even pints !!!!!!

Lansdowne Road debut aged 52 and 201 days .

What's the chances of getting a marquee outside for a smoking area?
It is not just a simple game, it is a weapon of the revolution

Does anyone know the best way to get to Scruffy's coming from the M7?
We'll be on  bus and would preferably like to stop outside and get off at Scruffy's...not spend an hour walking around looking for it.
We came in along the canal last time and the traffic was horrendous, we had lads running off the bus to go for a piss and back on again all along the route!

When your're standing at  the Berkley go towards the junction of pembroke rd and northumberland rd .turn onto northumberland rd and continue on this rd for about ten mins you will go through the junction with Haddington rd and will reach the canal(school house bar/hotel will be on ur right just before you reach the canal)cross over the bridge onto Mount st. and there is a Spar shop on the left, there is an Archway about a 100 yards after this(beside the traffic lights/pedestrian crossing) and scruffys is in there. They had a small sign out on the street before the Armenia game.
better start learning the street names in dublin rossieman LOLdetermined to get to scruffys this time
Just walk from the Berkley to Scruffys using google street map

Scruffys is on the canal. I've walked from Landsdowne to Rathmines in about 25 minutes. So if you hit traffic, get out and walk it would be way quicker.

How big is your bus? A quicker way to get to Landsdowne from the Naas road  is to go the M50. It's twice the distance in terms of kms but it is twice as quick.
Get off M50 at Dundrum exit, head for Sandyford. Left onto Kilmacud Road. Straight all the way until you turn right onto mount anville road. This will lead you onto fosters avenue when you reach the T-Junction it's left and you are on Stillorgan Road. Up a bit and then right off the stillorgan road when you are at RTE, straight all the way until you come to the junction of the Merrion Road. It's left onto that and then straight all the way to Scruffys. Left Citywest at 4:15 the last day and I was in there by 5
