The season's only been over a week. I wouldn't exactly say he's in dire straights looking for anyone to give him a contract just yet.

Atrocious post.

Maybe so but I do agree on the volume of caps he has won, more than Ronnie Whelan ffs. But more an indictment of the lack of class to select than anything else.

To be honest his agent is the star man . Now where he will end up is a very good question , as of today he is off the pay roll at Burnley now no need to panic as time to get a club but as the longer the wait gos on the fewer clubs will want him .
I still think he will end up at Celtic or what you would call a bottom six Prem club as he needs to sign at least a 4 year contract due to his age , even now i think he is running out of chances to do this .

He can take his pick. Managers know a bit more about footballers than public house proselytisers. He's at the right age to pick up a lucrative Bosman transfer and he can drag it out as long as he likes to his own advantage. Dyche knew this, hence his anger at the Burnley board. Jeff will do well out of Burnley's tardiness.

Yep you are right as Dyche wanted him to stay not doubt about it at all .
He saw him as a player who could fill many rolls .
Now as for myself who is a fan , well Dyche over paid for him by at least 40% . Now maybe the writing was on the wall but Dyche bought Brownhill from Bristol City as to replace Jeff and so far i would say that he is the real deal and 80% of the fans think the same .
Where ever Jeff gos good luck to him as he needs it as he is not the player you need in the side when times are bad .

Local papers in Newcastle saying his agent has touted him to Newcastle and Villa but no formal offers made.

His agent is working overtime this summer.

Odds on the next club he signs for being...Burnley?

Jeez, I know we don't all think he's the greatest footballer, but that's harsh!

Rumour is he's being punted around the lower reaches of the premier league as a free agent. That's most likely where he'll end up.

Although he's currently training with Caden McLoughlin in Spain for some reason.

I'm in the minority (it seems) and feel that Hendrick is a good player, but to be fair hasnt performed for ireland for a while (who has)

However, i think his agent has been in his ear and put him in a bit of a bind. Hendrick was doing well at Burnley from a football perspective. His agent sees only $$$ and nothing else.

I think he'll land on his feet but I get the feeling this agent is a parasite
