I have given him credit, but I will be shocked if he is still first choice left back by the end of September. Let's wait and see
I will come back to this one in Oct Cit Wink

I heard that he was room sharing with Keith Andrews during the run up to and during Euro 2012. Apparently Ward is sound but Andrews said he was sick of the sight of him after 3 weeks and he had an annoying habit of shaking Andrews' hand every time he saw him or passed him in the lobby or corridor.LOL

Just saw the goal, very clever play from him starting from the build up.

Full backs aren't meant to do that but Chelsea allowed it, great goal.

I'm delighted to be proven wrong by Ward. He's improved no end in the last 18 months

yes he has improved but in general his distribution and crossing is still awful most of the time.

I honestly felt moving to Burnley would be the end of him, it appears now to be the making of him.

Seriously underrated for us. Very solid and has showed up in some big games in the last year or two. Hopefully the Burnley contingent keep up their fantastic start and build up some confidence ahead of September.
