Derry gave Rovers a far harder game in Tallaght last week than was expected and reported . A fully fit team should expect a point at least next fri in Dublin surely .

Devine has Derry working very hard with a little bit of quality like McNamee and Harkin adding some flair. One thing is for sure- if you are going to beat Derry city this year you are going to have to play very well. The work rate of the players has been the most impressive thing so far for me. Hopefully get a point at Bohs on Friday.

Hang on, I thought it was a rule we lose at home to Derry?

We have a good record there but Bohs are looking really impressive at the minute and I think a point would be a good one.

What a first half in Inchicore for Derry. Cracker of a free kick to make it 2-0, goal of the month contender. Four wins on the trot, sets it up for good game Fri night v Rovers in the brandywell.

Some result. Devine has the team playing really well, working really hard although a massive test on Friday night against Shamrock Rovers. Love the midfield trio of Sloggett, Harkin and McNamee. Pure class.

Bolger is quality. I want Derry to win all home games but realistically a point would be more than acceptable against a fairly rampant Rovers at the minute.

Great result tonight away to dundalk. Not many teams leave there with a point after being 2 down. Great character and guts. Delighted.

So he kept me soul for ransom.
