some day, but not in our or even our kids grandkids lifetime I say.

Few reasons it could happen:
1. Simple fact is the Catholics are out breeding the Protestants. Majority rules as they say.
2. Economics of it might be better for both sides in years to come.
3. (and probably the most important). The North is costing money to run. Id say if they could ship it they would. The Britsare geting out of their 'foregin terroteries' more and more in recent years, there just too much hassle to run.

Yeah but we couldn't afford to do keep it going. I don't think anyone up North would choose to give up free healthcare and probably their job for a United Ireland.

If it was a Man United/Ireland you'd probably get a majority from North and South in favour.

But if it was a United jaffa cake you'd probably have the ghost of Padraig pearse in trouble with the northern Kimberly Mikados, I hope this has clarified anything GINN1916

1.  What about Catholics who would be happy to stay in the UK/as a devolved NI?
2.  Might be?  Deep economic analysis there.
3.  And how would the BaNAMA Republic afford it then?

no one gives a fook anymore, catholics will breed out prods in NI, but they won't want to change the status quo up there.
Our Grandchildren won't even realise we were once a 32 county isle!

We have a one island international football team, Rugby and other sports, so I am happy with that. We can't afford to run NI
