I'm going, looking forward to this one. My flights and digs were actuctally very reasonable but its the price of food and a couple of pints when out there that will push the cost up.

You have just revealed your secret identity, Count. It is now time to hang up the cape and retire Jamie back to the bossom of his wife. Now for some reason I'm turned on by that....

I have flights got but no accomodation sorted yet. Ryanair cancelled the direct flight from Torp to Dublin on the 21st so a bit of plane hopping required!

Booked up when match was announced with Ryanair for £70, Ryanair have now amended the flight times and offered me a full refund, took this as thought i woundnt bother going.
Today, had a change of heart and booked me and the mrs for £44 return, keeps me in the good books, and saved money

Booked from London Stanstead into torp oslo which is an hour away from oslo proper by train.
Its a 6.30 am flight in, back the next day at 11pm but i at least have time to get into oslo on the train, see a bit and have a few jars, watch the match and then the next day have the whole day to look around before train back to torp. Got a double room for £95.00 with breakfast by the station too, so hopefully it will be a nice trip.
Not going to the double header as money/holidays too tight, and have friends getting married/stag do's around the same time, (they never fancied a week watching ireland as the stag do - though i tried to persuade them)
Will be gutted missing the d/h but hope this makes up for it, as i enjoyed denmark last year. The d/h will be the first games in about 4/5 years missed, but needs must.
Will have to settle for all the homes, norway, and then definitely italy and cyprus (again).
At least living in london i have the choices for travel and can look around for good deals, but then again every match (colombia apart) is an away game.
Roll on Norway..........
