Good to hear that it is still producing quality grub.  Was there when it first opened across the road and up a bit.

Great spot

Las Tapas del Lola on Camden St is great for Tapas too.

Went to Boeuf last week. Another steak place. Was grand but left still hungry.

Expected better from there tbh. Would rate FX Buckley's higher.

Shanahan's do a great early bird deal, think it's e50 per head for 3 course. It's a pretentious place, and it's pricey enough (to be expected given the place) but the steak was excellent.

For my money, FXB is the best steak in the world. I’ve had Wagyu beef in Tokyo, eaten Peter Luger and the Knickerbocker in New York, had the best of British beef, Argentinian steaks in Germany, which were apparently something special.

Nothing, but nothing, is as good as FXB’s in Pembroke Street.

Went to Brookwood on Baggot street last week, it gives FXB a run for its money. Quality rib eye in there Clap

Can't say I agree on this on this one, FXB is top notch don't get me wrong and it is the best steak in Ireland but when I was in working in Brazil last year I ate some of the best steaks ever - best one in a restaurant called Braseado in the town of Varginha in a region called Minas Gerais.

While the restaurants cant do sit-downs I see a few are doing creative takeaways. In Dublin, we got Bujo yesterday and threw them on the BBQ - very tasty stuff - https://shop.bujo.ie/collections/bujo-home-new/products/bujo-home-meal-kit-3

I've been reccomended UNO pizza in Rathmines too - they send you the ingredients and you can cook it yourself - https://unopizza.com/pizza-delivery.html

In Cork, one of my favorite bakeries is doing deliveries - https://www.beanbrownie.com

Yes I realise I can get a cooked burger/pizza from JustEat, but are there any other places doing things like this at the moment? Getting a bit bored of my own cooking

Mourne seafood for seafood ( obviously)- they have loads of new outdoor tables post covid, very reasonable price for top food. , Coppi in St Anne's Square for Italian, there are 2 Michelin Star restaurants-  can personally vouch for EIPIC, Michael Dean's fancy place ( head chef got 2 dishes in last years Great British Menu- it's amazing,  but priced accordingly). Ox is the other one. Never been. Gets rave reviews.

Dean's Meat Locker for steak is decent. Hadski's beside the brilliant Duke of York pub is quality as well.

Wee restaurant called Home near city hall used to be great. Its been a while though.

Went there for a couple of days last year, ate in a place in the cathedral district called ‘Made in Belfast’.
Decent food and nice craft beers
