I share this opinion. She doesn’t bother me too much but a presenter on a rock station should really know their stuff but she has been put on to appeal to certain audiences.

why would people getting in contact with a multi million euro company to get what is rightfully theirs annoy you.  Do you work in complaints at Ryanair or have huge amount of shares in them.  People’s income has no bearing on whether they are entitled to a refund or not. On that basis Michael o Leary is hardly hard up for giving the money back either.

What about a €21.99 refund? Or what if, I had say three €19.99 bookings so due refunds on them all. How would I decide which two to apply for a refund and which to abandon, or would I just forget about all three? 

On another note Im a bit hard up today so any chance of a few quid? €19.99 should do the trick and see me through the day. Of course, as its a loan you would be entitled to it back but sure you wont be hounding me for it wha.....
