Had a good look at the dad at halftime when we left our seats, he looked like he slept in a hedge.

What's wrong with that if the seat is empty?

Dirt on his runners.
Scuffing the seat.
Bad manners.

Guy was probably only there in lieu of a custodial sentence

I think he's just jealous of the kid sleeping in the hedge

I said the dad looked like he’d slept in a hedge.

I imagine he'd probably opt for the custodial sentence the next time.

You are annoyed because a kid put his feet on a seat that won't be used for weeks? You just sat through an appalling football match and that's what is annoying you?

It's all my fault when Ireland are beaten ..............

Every time I come back to work after a game I have people lining up to have a go at me , jezzzzzz I don't pick the side but people feel that need to have a pop at me as I was there , hey I am the only person in my department that go's to games .

I posted in the Rep Ireland section about the appalling match.

This is a different post about something that happened while I was at a match.

But I’m an irritable bastard too!
That’s why thing like that annoy me.
You wouldn’t put your feet up on a seat on a bus, or on the DART.
If your kids friends came into your house and had their feet up on your couch (with their runners/shoes still on), I presume you’d tell them to get them down.

You're right, I wouldn't put my feet up on the DART as there's no f**king way I'd be in Dublin!
