Irish EPL fans looking down at laughing at other EPL clubs (city) for not selling out their stadium for games even though there might be 50k in attendance, when their local LOI club probably has less than 1000 attending. It’s just weird.

All part of today’s football bantz

Plenty of times Europe’s biggest clubs don’t sell out for League and CL games

Irish EPL fans saying we. Fooking gets on my goat.  We had a few players missing at the weekend. Fook off ya bollix
Where re you on dubs saying "we" for Bohs/Rovers etc? It's not like they own or are part of the team. Is it just a geographic issue you have with the phrase?

Both clubs have members who technically are owners
So fans who aren't members can't use the term?

Think it’s pretty simple.  It’s understandable if you are from Ireland if you call Ireland we, even though you don’t play for Ireland or own the country,  the same if you are from Mayo and talking about your county team or club team and the same applies for people supporting their local LOI of junior football team.  Using we for Man Utd or Liverpool or Celtic or Spurs when you are from New York or Ballybrack or Ballina is a bit weird.

I just saying I don't think fans using "we" when referring to their team are trying to fool you into believeing that they own or are members of the team, it's just the easiest way to talk about your own team, rather than saying "Man United" every time it comes up in the sentence.

I don't think it matters whether they're United fans from Stretford, Navan or Beijing, it's just a phrase

I am no statistician but I would suspect we is more commonly used by such people when their team wins more than when it loses

No but they make money off having more people registered, the only cost for you is to fill out the form.

People miming comedians on tik tok or facebook thinking they are funny? Confused Also people putting subtitles on dog videos, the subtitles are supposed to reflect what the dog is saying like hooman get me some food.

They had a girl on the late late show last week who apparently has made it big on tik tok during lockdown making comedy videos.
Good luck to her, but if that passes as comedy these days then I think there's hope for all of us

I thought the whole SF/Abu system debacle showed how little people knew about big data, to the point that they didnt care.

People who understand the value of big data are and will be wealthy people. Personal data can be worth a lot more than a negligible subscription fee, and it only needs to be provided once.

If you're not paying for something then you're the product.

Its all about getting your personal preferences and information or 'Big Data' as it is known.
