Interesting snippet on Louis Dreyfus, father of the new Sunderland owner, in a new book out ( "Money,Power and the Traders who barter the Earth's Resources" by Javier Blas and Jack Farchy ) which provides some fascinating insights into the immensely lucrative but ultra secretive world of commodities trading. Journalists trying to reach Dreyfus, who ran an agricultural trading company, were offered an email address and phone number. Neither was ever answered quickly and when the authors of the book eventually got an executive to answer the phone, he simply confirmed that he had seen their emails. When asked why he had not responded, he said that the lack of response should have been seen as a form of response. Then he hung up.
