Two points dropped again we just can't  finish teams off I always thought we needed that second goal.

Do Sunderland play full strength teams in the EFL Trophy?
They should be way too strong for City's development side tomorrow night if they do

I think Jack Ross has been advised to play a strong side by the owners probably four or five changes but we have no match on Saturday so maybe less changes?

It’s competition rules for Football League sides to play 7 of their regular starters. There’s no advisory cos he doesn’t have a say

Stuart Donald is keen to to make money out of this competition hence the advice given to Jack Ross as confirmed by local commentator Nick Barnes.

Not sure at this stage it wouldn't surprise me if it gets decided on the last day of the transfer window!

We played some good stuff tonight particularly in the second half two good goals all Sunderland players played well but I thought Dylan Mac just about won the man of the match rating.

Yes games stacking up but I think Stewart Donald is keen on the £1m we would receive if we won the trophy taking in the preivious rounds too.
