Good move for him.Italy at a low ebb but have enough quality to be qualifying for tournaments. Bit of a rebuilding job needed.

A lot of good players for Italians to build a team around tbh don't think they need much rebuilding just a manager who can get the best out of them which i don't Ventura was ever capable of.

Donnarumma
Darmian/ de sciglio
Rugani
Veratti
Pellegrini
Gagliardini
Bellotti
Chiesa
Bernadeschi
Insigne

To be fair though, that is still a far cry from where they have been.

Aye I agree but still a very good team in the making when consider the age of majority of the above oldest I believe would be 26/27

They'll have a potential World Class goalkeeper for the next 10-20 years in Donnarumma  replacing Buffon.

I still think Italy would have qualified for World Cup had Ventura not been in charge.

yes, that was written over a year ago Wink - called it right anyway with that one as Dynamo did knock them

It is obvious he is trying to play mind games with Fergie but they are shocking and make him look and a fool

Pep Guardiola did pretty much the same thing except they were 4 behind.

I wish all of them would shut up whether is ferguson or mancini.why give your opponent added incentive to beat you. i dont like fergie or any manager doing it tbh.
Id have more time for del bosque, hiddink, rodgers and any of them that call a spade a spade and dont engage in this stuff. this psychological warfare is fcukin boring IMO
Wings? They're only the band The Beatles could have been.

Mancini wouldnt even look at hughes when he shook his hand on saturday- hughes rightly wasnt pleased- mancini has shown very little respect to hughes
It took City 44 years to win the league and 10 months to lose it

yeah he signed Tevez, Bellamy and De Jong - who were successes but he did over-spend on some flops

hows that Mancini v Hughes head to head record looking now lads?

his signings are really starting to show some great form now - Silva and Yaya in particular

he just needs to get Balotelli to settle down a bit - why's he so angry all the time?

Mancini will probably spend January getting rid of the flops that Hughes brought in - Santa Cruz, Lescott, Adebayor, Bridge and Tevez! Wink
In fairness it's not exactly hard to sign good players with the budget he has.

Also, not a hope Harry will allow Bale to leave Spurs.

it proved hard for Sparky!
Tevez? Did he sign Bellamy?
67% points to games ratio at the last Euro's (better than Portugal's)

Sparky also signed some horrific players for serious cash - Adebayor, Lescott, Bridge, Santa Cruz to name a few...Mancini is trying to get rid of all these bar Lescott
