What's the verdict on Sadlier? Will he be snapped up by an English team during the summer or wait out til the end of the season.

No hope Sadlier leaves this window. He needs to focus on doing it here and now first. He's come on hugely, especially physically, in the year he's been with City and needs at least another year before he is ready to go to a top championship club.

Tobi Adebayo-Rowling has joined Bromley in a move that's good for both player and club. Other rumoured departures in the transfer window are Achille Campion, John Kavanagh and Aaron Barry.

I doubt it, he has a year left to get his degree and has said he wants to finish his education before going across. He will have plenty of options this time next year.

And an opportunity to learn from Delaney and Benno. If he leaves it won't be on the cheap with that contract anyway.

We wont have him for much longer than this time next year anyway if even that, he's a proper baller, someone I can see representing Ireland someday. But he's a smart lad who has said he wants to finish his education first, but that could change depending on who's knocking on the door.

I have no reason to doubt the lad who told me he's leaving in July.
Put it this way....he signed up with an agent in the last few weeks for a very good reason!

If he gets a good offer for England he'll be off, there's ways of finishing off his degree even if he leaves and he's been doing the degree since before joining Cork so unlike the lads from UCD he doesn't have to stick around to finish it.

Watched him playing as an amateur and was shocked nobody tried to sign him, probably didn't wanna leave Cork because of studies but this lad was easily the best player in the country not playing LOI before jokng Cork last summer.

can anyone explain the team's latest tweet regarding their five possible opponents for the UCL qualifying? I thought there would be more (based off the wiki page).

Presuming Helsinki the best draw for Cork ?
Eamonn Dunphy:"I'll tell you who wrote it, Rod Liddle, he's the guy who ran away and left his wife for a young one".

Bill O'Herlihy: Ah ye can't be saying that now Eamonn

I'll be hoping for Malmo myself, they're having a rotten season, will be coming off a long mid-season break and are seeded in QR2
