Peter Cherrie signed as back up for Mark McNulty. Serious quad in place now when Kane is officially added, maybe need another striker too.

The league reflects well on us.

City are the best sponsorship deal in the league!

Big statement of intent from Cork and Sadlier.

How was the game generally?

The proverbial "game of two halves"; Dundalk dominating the first half but struggled to deal with City in the second half.

Good to see Cummins get off the mark so early as well, there's a good bit of pressure on him to fill Maguire's boots

City won four nil in regular football conditions. The first half was nonsense, Couldn't see the ball and couldn't see the lilywhites.Dylan Connolly is the epitome of yellow. Hoban looked decent in his cameo though. City looked great everywhere in second half. The midfield is possibly the best in city history.

Great win last night after going down to 10. Hung on a bit at times, but luckily for us, Pat's couldn't finish their chances. A bit of a worry that Cummins is suspended, but hopefully O'Hanlon will be fit for Waterford. Roll on Friday.

Great game and atmosphere at Richmond park last night, real smash and grab in the end. Nicely set up for over 6000 at turners Cross next Friday for the visit of Waterford.

Turner's Cross is looking well ahead of Friday's match, repairs all done now.

In other news, Michael Howard has joined on a loan from Preston until the summer.

Technically Sadlier looked very good, but seemed to be trying too hard at times.

Bad mistake from McNulty, but made up for it with the peno save. Big call from Caulfield to take McCormack off after 20 minutes, was the correct decision though, McNamee was far more effective.

City were absolutely appalling tonight, Dundalk could and should have won by much more. Big performance needed on Monday now, can't get a negative result against two rivals in a row.

Good win today, Bohs didn't cause too much issue for City; we could have won by more today if the team got out of second gear. 4,265 in attendance today.
