Haven't a clue McG, have never fitted em myself.
Lots of places will supply colour coded sensors and fit for between €150-€175

Folks, got the car serviced the other day and appeared to be nothing wrong with it. Driving home from work today and car stalled coming up to a roundabout. Eventually got it going again but when I got home noticed the bonnet was very hot.

Seemed  like there was no engine coolant in it. Bought some new stuff and filled it up. Coolant was between the min and max. Went for a 5 min drive there an hour ago and when I got home I noticed that it looked like the coolant was empty again.

Haven’t a clue about this kinda stuff so wondering, should the coolant level go down that fast or does it basically just circulate around the engine?

No, you’ve a leak. A coincidence I’d imagine with the timing of the service.
Bring it to a garage ASAP before you do damage to the car

You will blow a gasket if you drive it.  This happened to me after a service. The mechanic cleaned the engine with a powerhose and I would say it broke some clips holding water pipes in place.
