god man horsebox , constructive criticism , nothing wrong with that .
but i will say one thing , forum members get the chance to ask interview questions and they rarely even bother ,
look at tuff paddys wilson thread or my tony cas thread, fellas have the chance to ask the questions but there is not much contribution from them...
