Wonder if Browne will take his spot

He’s not great but is surely the better option of the two

More absolute horsesh*t. He was actually much sharper than usual on monday, moving the ball more quickly than he typically does. Was playing pretty well and I was surprised he was replaced.
We're decent enough..

Agreed, your man obviously has a grudge against him, or poor viewing of the game. Would have taken Hendrick off instead
I don't agree with THAT, in the workplace!

Why wouldn't he be in the squad

Based on his overall performance for us he’s been extremely fortunate to continue to be picked.

Better or worse than, say, Alan Mcloughlin?
You asked if I'd be anyone from history, fact or fiction, dead or alive:
I said "I'd be Tony Cascarino, circa 1995"

Opinions are like arseholes - everyone has them and the forum is full of them.

Hourihane has been sh*te for Ireland and I’ve zero grudge with the guy.

Hes never been the same player for Ireland than he is at Villa. I thought he was poor enough the other night. Didnt really do much on the ball.

The problem is you can’t have him and Hendrick in the same team as both like to shy away from the ball. His shooting and set-pieces, albeit poor the other night, would give him preference.

It’s the same old story though, we badly lack a decent link man in the centre of the pitch.

Hourihanes hair? Sure he has a buzz cut?

Hendricks hair is another issue.

Great goal to put Villa 1 up Clap
Eamonn Dunphy:"I'll tell you who wrote it, Rod Liddle, he's the guy who ran away and left his wife for a young one".

Bill O'Herlihy: Ah ye can't be saying that now Eamonn

He's a brilliant attacking threat. Scores and assists for fun

We should play him up top haha

Fantastic free kick, he really has a special left foot. Goal and assist from the lad.

He's been quiet up to the point of the set pieces however. He's got the ability to get involved more.

Sadly Grealish is miles better than anyone on the pitch.

Without doubt the best set-piece taker we've had since Ian Harte.

Gets far too much criticism on here as I’ve said before
