Yes everyone can exercise their right to not attend the RSC. I wont be attending games in Limerick next season if POS is still chairman. It's up to the individual whether to attend or not. It's an absolute disgraceful statmenst from the Club. It's f**king embarrassing!

Absolutely pathetic statement. These lads, whether Power, O'Sullivan at Limerick or the various high ranking officials of the leagues seem to be under the impression they speak for everyone. If they want to put out personal statements supporting the FAI, JD, Trump, Teresa May or Kim Jong Un, fair enough, but do it under yer own personal account in yer own name and not the entire club or league in question.
I don't think either the frequency or similarity in all these statements is actually doing a whole lot for the FAI's credibility, the effect is quite the opposite for anyone with even a mild knowledge of these shenanigans. That doesn't include the likes of Duff, Dunphy or Hunt. Neither does it say an awful lot for those who have managed to gain these positions of power (no pun intended) that they can't even manage, or can't be bothered, to come up with a slightly different template for a statement of support. |
