Clemency - drama about the effect that overseeing death row executions has on the prison warden. Very good, but depressing.

Yeah, the sound track was overbearing for the first half hour or hour. It got better thankfully but the start was so over-the-top it was impossible to concentrate for large parts of it.

I expected him to get roughed up a bit and your man was clearly a psycho but I still didn't expect that. And once he was shot, Arno was f**ked and there was no way he wasn't going to get shot as well. He might have been a loan shark but he was still family. The real question is whether he got to the girl with the cash as well. He'd have been far smarter just waiting for her to show up and killing everyone but he was a f**king meathead.

Responsible Child - 8/10.

BBC2 drama about a 10 year old child being tried for the murder of his abusive stepfather in the UK. Based on a true story. Definitely worth watching.

Would have expected more reviews due to the circumstances

The Hunt - Very enjoyable. Random people wake up in a random place and are hunted for sport. Some very black comedy moments - 8/10

God this was sh*te. I meant to say how bad this was over the Christmas when I watched it, and I forget the synopsis of it it was that bad. Michael Bay taking the piss out of a Michael Bay film. 

Well the Oscars showed me.

I watch this last night and really enjoyed it.
It’s funny, disturbing and thrilling all in one. 
Very well directed and paced as it never felt like 90 mins, especially in subtitles.

Definitely watch if you’re not going out and have a free evening this month.

Black is a great movie it's about two gangs in Brussels well worth a watch it's in French subtitles
