Hereditary - decent watch on Netflix. It's a bit f**ked up to be honest.

I'm not a huge horror fan but I really enjoyed it, even if in the last 10 minutes or so I'm thinking "what the f**k". |

Yeah I'll third this - definitely not your standard horror film.

Primal Fear on Netflix with Richard Gere and Edward Norton's breakthrough. Excellent acting.

Norton is a fantastic actor. Bit of a mad bastard a very method actor, supposedly very difficult to work with.
The character he plays in birdman was written with him in mind

Watched Motherless Brooklyn the other day. Not a bad film, but again Norton plays his character with a quirke excellently

Watched this tonight. Not the best film but not the worst. The Laudrups both come across as moany pricks, at least Brian was the bigger man and came back. Was sad alright about Vilfort. Seemed to be a bit of a Jack Charlton vibe from Moller Nielsen strict when it came to the system but treated the players like people to get them on his side

A while back I recommended a movie called The Nightingale. It's now up on Netflix. It's an Irish/Australian production about an Irish woman that sets out for revenge against some british soldiers in what I'd guess is the late 1800's. There are some moments in it that are difficult to watch, but it's a really excellent film.

Great movie.
They couldn't have painted the Brits in a more negative light . |

Gave this a watch last night - decent film alright although felt they could have trimmed about 30 mins off the running time. The start is seriously grim!

Watched Downfall last night, everybody has seen the clips of Hitler ranting and raving but the film itself is superb, the acting is brilliant i have to say, you see a paranoid Hitler in his bunker with the Red Army slowly closing in with Hitlers staff and Generals slowly realizing the end is near. Bruno Ganz is brilliant. 9/10.
