This journo, Steve Palmer has an article in the post every Sunday in which he includes a refreshingly honest , warts and all account of his gambling diary of that week. Believe me, it really is warts and all.
He explains what goes through his mind as he loses, wins, chases losses, goes on the beer after a day punting etc etc etc.

Anyone who punts regularly will be able to relate to it.
