The two Rexes emerging from the jungle is probably the best CGI scene ever produced.

The flipping of Eddie's body too is awesome

Also the musical score is amazing

Shame on you! De Niro has some great scenes. Even right at the end when he gets convicted, trying to get at Ness in the court. Quality Clap

When was the last time you watched it?

I rewatched about 2 years ago with the missus who hadnt seen it. I was yapping on about how great it was and an oscar for Connery etc.

Thought it was utter spunk. Cringey dialogue, bad acting and a horrible soundtrack.

Love Connery, Costner, Garcia, DeNiro but on reflection, thought it was a poor film.
yeah about wan year ago was on film4. I hear ye but still think it’s a classic.  Costner is stiff as fock

Maybe my favourite scene in a movie filled with great scenes. I always wanted to threaten someone over the phone like this but I can't sound as badass as Robert De Niro.

The crazy mechanic in Alive when asked about the batteries LOL

Only seen it the other week for the first time in years and completely forgot about that gas scene.

What is the point of posting without a video clip embedded Confused

No one ever has read a comment on here and bothered to have a look
It would damage this forums' reputation

Not a film, but this is as good a scene as you will see anywhere.

The way De Niro says "You're out!" towards the end of this scene. LOL

Blazing Saddles,
Jim: “Well, it got so that every piss-ant prairie punk who thought he could shoot a gun would ride into town to try out the Waco Kid. I must have killed more men than Cecil B. DeMille. It got pretty gritty. I started to hear the word ‘draw’ in my sleep. Then one day, I was just walking down the street when I heard a voice behind me say, ‘Reach for it, mister!’ I spun around, and there I was, face to face with a six-year old kid. Well, I just threw my guns down and walked away. Little bastard shot me in the ass. So I limped to the nearest saloon, crawled inside a whiskey bottle… and I’ve been there ever since.”
