STEPHEN McPHAIL: CLUB STATEMENT

 Fri 20 Nov 2009

Cardiff City midfielder Stephen McPhail has been diagnosed with a stage one malt lymphoma, previously known as a pseudo lymphoma.

Treatment is expected to last for three weeks with a return to playing football by January, 2010.

The club requests that the privacy of Stephen, his wife and young family be respected during his recovery.

I was going to mention in previous threads that nobody has died, so lets get perspective on it, we can't change things, we move on, with our health in tact please God. I didn't say this because I know what some people's reaction would be.

Anyway a storey like this does put things clearly into perspective, best of wishes to Stephen and his family.
