The current owner Aidan seems a decent skin.

I've not seen or heard of any trouble here anyway. I've been in it a few times now.

You could consider it a Republican pub, as they host a lot of Republican bands along side trad sessions too.

Well I enjoy the odd rebel tune I won't lie and besides Darkey Kelly's In the City Centre I wouldn't know of many others that would be play the same type of Tunes. Also Just wanted to check out the crowd only a relatively new pub too and the pints look good Online Clap

Try get in there with Chris from Erin go Bragh is singing, he's excellent.

Cheers for the Advice HB and SGB Clap went last night Chris from Erin Go Bragh was playing  Quality and the pint was Cream Heart.  Great nice little pub was abit dubious tbh I went to See Erin Go Bragh before once in the Tolka Park bar the event wasn't put on by the Club itself it was put on by one of those 1916 Societies flute bands unfortunate to say we could have easily got battered that night for no reason. Nothing to do with Erin Go Bragh now but that's why I was hesitant to visit but I was wrong Great night Clap

One of the more bizzare reasons a pub could be worth going to LOL

Is this pub where Kitty O'Shea's used to be?

I just googled this now as I remember it happened.
This is my mates brother. He got glassed for no reason, he lost the sight in his eye, I saw him a few months after the incident and his injuries were beyond horrific, as his face is completed disfigured.
