Yeah they were Tayto, they were savage! What flavour were they? I remember them being kind of like salt and vinegar chickatees?
Had a pack or Mr Perri onion rings today, they are seriously good value, they're about 3 times the size of normal crisps and cost 65c |

Anyone remember the crisps called 'French Fries'. They had the slogan 'ooh la la' on the front of them. They still on the market? Were they Tayto?

Its the nicest thing in the world. Or popcorn and chocolate. Or Popcorn and cheese & onion. In fact any compination of cheese & onion, popcorn and chocolate. I'm going to the shops to get a chocolate bar, a pack of Cheese & Onion crisps and a pack of manhattan and mix all 3 together, cant believe I've never thought of it before!!

My fav crisps are 1. Chicatees/rancheros/monster munch/bacon bites
2. Salt and Vinegar/cheese and onion
3. Tortilla chips
Cant break it down because they are all so nice and it would be like asking you to decide who your favourite offspring is.

Tried the waffles sandwich in me youth. Didn't like it.
Any cheese and onion sandwich is delish. But also a tayto monster/might munch sandwich is also nice

Tayto cheese and onion is the king of crisps. I work in London and whenever I go to Dublin for matches, I always have to bring back multipacks of Tayto. Never fails to go down a treat in the office.
Friends with more refined palettes than mine insist there is a difference in flavour between the red and blue Irish Tayto cheese and onion and the yellow packeted counterparts from Northern Ireland. Is there? And why are the red and blue packets from the Republic and the yellow and white packets from NI when you'd think it would be the other way round?
And what happened to Golden Wonder? KP? Tudor? How come Walkers seemingly have a monopoly on crisps in mainland Britain?
