Was at one of his sold out gigs last night and was fookin quality as usual.
I've said it before, but if you havent listened to this lad you're missing out. When he performs some of his songs about Irish history, you cannot help but be takin back by the amount of passion he puts into every lyric - top man is Damo.....does the Dublin 13 area very proud Big%20smile

one of my favourite artists,

should be a copy of Seize The Day in every half-decent CD collection.
His tune 'Factories' is one of the most moving songs I've ever heard, I know he used to avoid playing it live because I read it would make f**king haims out of him onstage. Seen him live a few times, always good.

Amazing show again, sang factories and ghosts of overdoses brilliantly, although the best  had to be apple of my eye and colony, what a powerful tune..... you'll never kill a will to be free, great stuff.

Each to their own Billybob but I think it's a case of you either love him or hate him with the majority of people - if you were to listen to him without knowing anything about the lad you'd probably say his lyrics arent great and neither is his voice.
But the passion this lad puts into his music along with his strong donaghmede accent appeals to a lot of folks out there as they can relate to such a down to earth normal Dublin fella

Nah Rog, not for me anyway. I like Damo Rice but a lot of his songs are too depressing and slow
