Hotel Mumbai - 7/10
Based on the Mumbai attacks in 2008 . Pakistani Islamic Jihadists carry out a series of coordinated attacks across Mumbai. The police response makes the Gardai look like SWAT. Best movie I've seen in ages.

The Highwaymen on Netflix 7.85/10
Enjoyed this. Helped by the fact that im a fan of Costner and Harrelson. They play two washed up veteran Rangers reassigned to hunt down and put and end to Bonnie and Clyde. Fairly slow paced and rare that a movie over 2 hours keeps my attention but this was excellent. I needed subtitles.

Watched The Dirt last night, not bad, I wouldn't be the biggest Motley Crue fan and would have known little of their actual story, so I enjoyed in that sense that most of it was new to me and I couldn't say whether the truth was elaborated on not. |

I watched "Dragged Across Concrete" last night.
Two Cops(Mel Gibson and Vince Vaughan) get suspended from the job after they are filmed assaulting a suspect, they decide to get involved in a heist to make ends meet. A very grim film, thats fairly slow paced and not full of action but I enjoyed it. |

I watched it last weekend and thought it was very disappointing. It could have been good, but there were too many scenes which I assumed would be explained or referenced later in the movie, which were not. I also found the last half hour in particular to be pretty unconvincing. Each to their own though. |

Journeyman - 9/10
Paddy Considine stars in and directs this. Very grim and emotional at times, as Considine suffers a serious brain injury after making a title defence in what was his retirement fight. A brilliant film. Jawbone - 7/10 Ex-junior amateur boxing champion takes an unlicensed boxing fight as he struggles to cope with his spiraling alcoholism. Equally as grim as journeyman at times. Not as good but would still recommend it.

Where are these? I love Considine and have only heard a little about 'Journeyman' in an interview I read.

I watched them on a flight yesterday, not an ideal watch when you're hungover tbh
The acting post-injury from Considine is excellent. You'll find a good stream online, seems to be plenty of them. Jawbone is on Netflix I think.
