Best moment of the World Cup by a mile so far. Wales could have easily lost that 5-0, but their luck finally ran out in the end. Most of their younger players - Williams, Rodon etc have been predictably dreadful at this level, Ramsay looks done as expected and the banging the ball up to Bale and hoping for the best tactic looks to have run out of road as well.

Having to choose between Hennessey and Ward in goal puts them at an instant disadvantage anyway and was bound to catch up with them eventually. The only thing in their favour is that England might already be through by the time they play and might rest the first team - which is why even a draw here would have left them in a decent position, but this loss looks to leave them all but out of the World Cup.
