I wouldnt be so sure- reckon it would be tight enough over 100 metres

Is Walcott the fastest player in the epl?

Tough call. But reckon Walcott is the faster one. Both have amzing speed though.

walcott is deffo the fastest over shorter distances 10,20,30 mts
but when bale gets going he has some gallop on him,could possibily beat him over 100mts
must be other fast lads out there?

Apparantely Dennis Rommedalh ran approx 10.4 over the 100
I doubt many would beat that time TBH.

Rommedahl used to be lightning fast alright, same as Overmars in his day.
 
Le Cheat was also quite fast on the 100m in his days at Arsenal.

The top speeds have been calculated by Castrol using data captured over two seasons.

yeah i cant take them seriously either
 
in a 100m sprint of all premier league players Sol Campbell wouldn't hav been in the top 50 last season never mind 2nd.
Fabregas isn't the quickest either and is in the top 10 on this 'Castrol GTX' list
