Maybe there's a thread on this but I can only find the one about the fan's match in Torun. (we can't make that one)
Are there any fan's matches organised in Poznan or Gdansk. There's 7 of us heading over from Wexford for the 3 group games, aged 25-28, all play with our local clubs. We played in the match in Bari, Italy 2009, had right craic. We'll be based in Poznan and Gdansk around each group match and would love to play in another fan's match if one's been organised.
Thanks lads.Thumbs Up

I'm organising a pitch and a team to play the Croatian lads in a 5-a-side.
The Croats want to play the day of the match.

I could try organise one with the Italians also, I'll make some inquiries.
Still not sure if I will be in Gdansk though, no ticket as yet but I have some Spanish contacts I could try.

More info. soon.

Just confirming the details for the Ireland vs Croatia fans match.

When

Sunday 10th June 13:00

Meeting Point

I propose that we ask players to meet at the Opera House at 12:30 ' Teatr Wieki'.

http://g.co/maps/tx2se

How to get there?

The Opera house is 100m from the Dubliner pub.

Turn right from the Dubliner and you will see the Opera house across the road from the fountain in the park - you can't miss it.

Here is a picture:

Look forward to seeing you all on Sunday, hangover or no hangover :)

Alright lads, 11 a side fans match in Gdynia (10 - 15 min on tram from Gdansk and where the lads are training) on the afternoon of the 12th. It's happening in the Polish national rugby stadium and the lads I'm on to want a game of rugby as well. Anyway, the things nearly organised and has funding to go.

It's all in this thread here...

http://www.ybig.ie/forum/staying-in-gdynia-fancy-some-rugby-on-the-12th_topic38909.html

Get your names down in there if interested fellas.Thumbs Up

EDIT: Or P.M. me.

Not getting any joy trying to contact any Italians coming over.
I'll try grab some in Poznan when they get here.

As a backup, some of the local English lads are willing and able to put a team together.
They are a sound bunch of lads, some of them got tickets to support Ireland rather than go to Ukraine.

What's the opinion?

Want to give them a game?
