Fan embassies have been set up with all participating countries, supported by UEFA, to take on the role as conduit of communicating information from various authorities to supporters. The Irish Fans Embassy will also liaise closely with the Irish consulate in each city. Each fans embassy is made up of supporters of national teams and also local volunteers from host cities. It will be a point of... contact during the tournament for supporters to find out information they need in regards to health, accommodation, transport and recreation. 
There will a 24 hour helpline operated by the Irish Fans Embassy volunteers to respond to the needs of supporters during their stay in Poland at EURO 2012. The numbers are as follows for Irish supporters in Poland +48 506 943 627 and for supporters when we make it to Ukraine+380 978 535 910
