Bruised knee bones is sore. I had it (although a bruised knee was the least of my worries seeing as I tore my ACL, posterior, medial ligaments and disloacted my knee all at onceLOL).

I doubt they'll rush him back. But a 18 year old will heal quick. When is the France squad due to be released.

Usually the Thursday or Friday before the squad meets up, so the 16th or 17th. Little over 6 weeks away.

They won’t be rushing the lad back. I’m already taking it he’s out for the France game. For me the worry was he’d done damage or had a serious injury that could hamper his career.

Going by reports that doesn’t seem to be the case. That’s a victory for him and for us as far as I’m concerned. Anything else like getting him back for the France game is a bonus.

How did he end up with a bruised knee? I thought the only contact was with his ankle.

I assume from the fall, he left the stadium in a knee brace hence why everyone was talking about knee ligament injury

That bit I didn't see. So was wondering where all this was coming from.

Hindsight is a great thing. Our feelings of paranoia/desperation were brought about by the recent injury records of some of our young players and the fact that we've been crying out for a top level goal scorer since Robbie Keane retired.

I currently have a bruised toe bone from a tackle just before Christmas.

I can get by and still play, but it's swollen and sore.

From what I seen the majority on there haven't a clue when he'll be back like the rest of us and haven't seen anyone say he will be fit for Saturday.

I don't think theres any chance at all he will be fit for Saturday(or the following weeks) but would love to be proven wrong.
