Both Welbeck and Ferguson hooked at half time.

They don't work as a pair at all.

Ferguson would have been much more comfortable alongside the likes of Fati and Pedro, the goal Brighton have just scored would of been Evan's bread and butter.

Is that 3 HT substitutions in last 3 games? Still not fully recovered? Wonder is he told in advance he is only getting first half.

Two, think it was a few minutes off the bench against United after the internationals and then missed AEK.

Don't think he's fit at all.

Was only a cameo but I think he was a bit off the pace.

Did he pick up a knock? Only saw first half and he wasn’t really in the game so presumed he was hooked

This, he had very few touches of the ball, although two of them nearly lead to Brighton goals.

Should have had an assist, played a lovely through ball behond the Liverpool defence to Adingra, but he couldn't finish the 1v1 with Allison.
We're decent enough..

Quiet first half, felt he was coming into it more in the 2nd half before coming off. Didn't seem to be any injury anyway

De Zerbi does a lotnof chopping and changing with his front men. Hard to get real continuity.

I think you are viewing this through Irish eyes only.

He changes it about quite a lot no matter who's eyes you're viewing it through.

You’d get over that if he was picking the right team. Some of his team selections have been horrific. At least he put actual wingers on the wing this time and a valid 10 in the 10 position as opposed to Welbeck etc got his team selection correct.

As for Ferguson no harm he’s rested up the knee and also no harm to have the hype train calmed down a bit. Some of the talk was absolutely ridiculous going to Arsenal next summer for €150m etc.
