Don’t know why VAR didn’t have a look at that challenge on Mudryk at the end of Ukraine v Italy. Looked a penalty to me.

Massive game tonight, San Marino are at home to St Kitts & Nevis. Bookies have them as marginal favourites. They haven't won a game in 20 years.

They play again on Saturday I think. Both of San Marinos long standing goal keepers juat retired last year. The young lad in nets last night had a bitif a nightmare

Ridiculous decision. There wasn't much to it. The referee lets play continue. Luxembourg score a spectacular equalizer and are happily celebrating when all of a sudden, VAR intervenes. Luxembourg lose a player and their goal, with VAR and the referees effectively deciding the game. In many respects, VAR is ruining the game, as you are no longer able to celebrate what occurs on the field, for fear that (minutes later) VAR will rear its ugly head. I suppose that's the price you pay.

It amazes me how bad Finland are considering how we toiled against them under Kenny. Either they raise their game against us or we are/were shockingly, shockingly bad.
