Quarter-Final Draw:

Porto v Spartak Moscow
Benfica v PSV
Villarreal v Twente
Braga v Dynamo Kiev

·  Quarter-final first legs will be staged on April 7, second legs on April 14.

Semi-Final Draw:

Braga/Dynamo Kiev v Benfica/PSV
Porto/Spartak Moscow v Villarreal/Twente

So what do people make of it? I have a soft spot for Kiev, so with a bit of luck they’ll make the final. They should beat braga. Havent seen benfica play this year, but from looking at their results, they seem to blow hot and cold. PSV were brilliant in the first half lastnight, but an average Scottish side battered them in the second half and missed 3 great chances, so not sure what to make of them!

Hopefully, kiev can do it anyway!

As for the other side, it’ll obviously be a porto Villarreal semi final?

Tickets wont be as popular as they were 2 days go!!

Porto v Villareal will be an absolute cracker of a match if it happens.

I'd like to see McGeady win it but can't see them beating Porto.

really difficult one to call the winner. Fancy Kiev to come through their side and will go for Spartak on the other with my heart playing a slight part in that.Would love Aiden to win this.

Just on a side note.

Word is that if the winner of this years Europa League, finishes in the automatic Champions League places in their domestic league, then Sligo Rovers will be moved from the 2nd qualifying round to the 3rd qualifying round of next years Europa League.

I think Villareal play the best football out of the remaining sides and would love to see them win but I think it will be a Benfica/Porto final.

Choice between Benfica v PSV and Porto v S.Moscow for TV viewing this evening. Pity Villareal aren't on anywhere.

Think I'll go for Porto v S.Moscow.

Good game in the end - got better as it progressed. Excellent hat-trick from Falcao, Porto almost through to the semis. Spartak had 2 chances and took 1 of them, which was straight after Porto had scored their 3rd. Mc Geady subbed midway through the 2nd half.

Looking good for all the Portuguese teams with Benfica winning and Braga getting a draw in Kiev. Villareal practically through as well so a Porto v Villareal semi looks a banker and should be a good tie.

jaysus pretty much the same as the champions league in that 3 of the ties are effectively over and only 1 is still alive.
Ahh heya!
