Referee ruined the game for me! Lost control of it.

English referees are sh*te so to be expected.

It was hardly the refs fault for example that Ibanez was down getting treatment three times during extra time, when clearly nothing wrong with him. Smelling salts at one stage as if he was unconscious. The time wasting was a joke not to mention the play acting from whistle one

100%

Football is a tough watch these days tbh. The play acting, time wasting, constant moaning goes on throughout most big leagues. It's fairly refreshing watching LOI every week where is happens far less (still happens mind you)

It’s like it’s hardwired into players that referees have an agenda, or that they are wrong. Human error is a fact of life, and is usually a more appropriate place to lay blame, then on the referee consciously making decisions to scupper teams from winning matches. At times I really think red cards are underused.

+1

Taylor didn’t do much wrong. The antics of both teams from the outset was a disgrace

Only half watched the game as was flicking it on and off.  I think Moaninho's gripe was the face they didnt get a penalty for a clear handball.  The ref or VAR didnt even look at it.

I thought the penalty that was given to Sevilla and then overturned could have gone either way really
Yes the defender gets a toe on the ball but he made contact with the attackers shin before that, you can see from one angle which wasn’t shown to Taylor when he overturned it

Roma’s could have been given and was checked in the VAR room too I thought

I thought it should have been a penalty for Roma but sometimes they’re given, sometimes they’re not. It’s a part of the game.

27 minutes of added time apparently between end of 1st half, 2nd half and the two halves of ET.

I couldn't see it but Liverpool scored when a clear hand ball was committed, but the position of the ref, I knew he didn't see it, Toulouse went ballistic and some of their players got booked - VAR eventually called the ref over and ruled it out for a handball.

Has the Garda commissioner and Minister for Justice met yet to discuss the Europa League final should Rangers qualify?

Drew Harris has applied for time off that day. He'll be there as a fan.
