I'm not one to wish injury on a player but how much would our chances increase if this lad was to pick up an injury!

The first team could come down with a virus and they would still be favourites to beat us

Spurs last two league games are Villa away and Fulham home, surely one of the Irish lads can get a kick at him to keep him until 11th June!!

Strong looking squad that
It took City 44 years to win the league and 10 months to lose it

the worst thing that could happen is if spain win there first two matches they could be qualified by the time they play croatia and field a weakened side, and if ire v cro and ita v cro are draws they could have top spot secured in the group allowing croatia an advantage going into the last series of games
time is the stuff that life is made of, don't waste it.

No matter what side they play it'll be full of quality.

They could have a reserve midfield of Fabregas-Silva and Busquets.

If they were already guaranteed top and played a 'weak' side against Croatia I'd say the 'weaker' players would be out to impress.

On paper very impressed by that Croatia squad. They were missing a few players iirc the last time we played them. If the group comes down to the final day, I can see them troubling Spain

The squad I copied and pasted from Marca in the first post had one mistake in it. Monreal isn't in the squad while Seergio Busquets is.

Knowing Marca they probably did that on purpose.

Soldado just booked his place in Poland. 4-0 Spain V Venezuela. Iniesta, Silva and Soldado with 2. Soldado came on at H/T. Only 60 mins gone so far. Spains midfield looks ridiculous and they still have Xavi, Mata and Navas on the bench LOL

Soldado just missed a peno. He rounded the keeper and got a player sent off making it though. Only been playing 20 minutes.
